Cooperation has grown in the Justice - Domestic Affairs sector, since the creation in January 2000 of an internal security attaché position. This latter leads our technical cooperation in areas deemed to be priorities: illegal immigration, defense and civil security, French instruction to Cypriot police officers in the anti-drug unit.
