This evening, over a working dinner, Mr. Bernard Cazeneuve will meet with Mr. Didier Reynders, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Trade and European Affairs of the Kingdom of Belgium.

This meeting will focus on the follow-up to the European Council of June 28 and 29 and the topics on the agenda for tomorrow’s General Affairs Council, notably the next EU Multiannual Financial Framework 2014-2020. The two ministers will also discuss the economic governance of the euro zone and the southern neighborhood. Current international issues will of course be addressed.

In addition to our very active and successful cross-border cooperation, discussions will also focus on our bilateral relations with Belgium, which are notably characterized by especially strong trade links.
