Bilateral ties between France and Andorra are marked by significant activity in the area of agreements: education, administrative cooperation, social security, and a joint “juxtaposed control” customs office. An agreement regulating the stays of Andorran nationals in France and those of French nationals in Andorra was signed on 4 December 2000. There are about 5,000 French nationals in Andorra.
